On Thursday, Nov.30 our agency overnighted our TA package to us. Its expected arrival date was Dec. 1...but that night we had a snowstorm with 12 inches of snow! The FedEx plane our package was in, ran off the runway at O'Hare. FedEx was unable to locate our package for 3 days! We were very stressed. But, this afternoon a little after 3 it finally came! It was JUST in time! :-)
